CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. We base our training methods off proven sports science to create an effective and efficient program for people training for any endurance event. The path to success we take for endurance events is one not yet properly exposed. Our programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.
Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.
As I said, this is not your typical approach to endurance sports....but it WORKS. Based off the CrossFit ideals of constantly varied activities, we can maintain and bolster area's of fitness usually compensated during typical endurance training (high volume, low intensity).
As a program we are dedicated to helping you reach your goal, whether it be to simply improve your fitness, run an ultra-marathon, and anything in between.
